ABSC4-RTH is an automatic sanding belt changing module developed by DS Technology specifically for the RTH-2TP and RTH-2P handheld-type surface finishing systems. It is designed to work with the BS800 series compliant belt tools and supports up to four sanding belt slots. The system features a stable belt guiding and positioning drive mechanism that ensures accurate alignment and fast switching of sanding belts.
The module adopts a drawer-style external access design, allowing operators to slide out the belt module from outside the machine for quick replacement without entering the equipment. This significantly improves maintenance convenience and operational efficiency.
Its modular architecture also supports future expansion and customization. It is well suited for grinding, deburring, and surface finishing of medium and large metal parts, meeting the demands of fully automated and highly flexible production processes.
